Software Solutions Division
Susteen's software solutions division is dedicated to ongoing development of DataPilot family of products DataPilot, DataPilot Universal and DataPilot Transfer Center.
DataPilot, the first of its kind, is a software suite that enables mobile phone users with the ability to transfer contact information to and from any PC. DataPilot can also transfer information from your mobile phone to your PDA via desktop or laptop. You can easily add, edit and delete new and existing contact information. The user-friendly interface allows the mobile phone user to transfer in seconds or drag and drop data from the most popular contact management software such as Microsoft Outlook®, Outlook Express® and ACT!2000TM and store up to 10,000 address entries in the DataPilot Address Book. It also allows consumers to change mobile phones and easily transfer the data from one mobile phone to another.
DataPilot differentiates in the marketplace by positioning itself as an all-in-one complete solution to the mobile phone user. DataPilot supports phone book management, ringtone composer, Internet data connectivity, image editor, SMS Manager, and Calendar based on cell phone models (please check the feature and model compatibility), while its price falls in the same price band as competitive products that offers only one of the functionalities. Now you can check e-mails and surf the web using your cell phone as a wireless modem while on the go, personalize your mobile phone with your favorite ringtones and pictures and always stay organized by getting access to your Outlook appointments right from your mobile device.
DataPilot® Universal kit is an extension of the Susteen's award winning DataPilot® software suite. It supports the most popular handsets in the market in one easy-to-use kit, including all the necessary cables for data transfer.
DataPilot® Universal Kit is based on an innovative cable design solution to accommodate cable support for Motorola, Nokia, Samsung, LG, Sanyo and Sony Ericsson handsets (click here for the phone support chart). It includes two PC connectors and nine different phone connectors to support the most popular handset models in the market. Just plug the corresponding phone connector into your PC and start transferring data right away. You have all the compatibility you need in one kit priced below what you will be charged in order to make a phone-to-phone data transfer, namely software and two cables. It is the perfect solution for end-users who own two or more mobile phones. DataPilot Universal provides for the same functionalities as DataPilot software.
DataPilot Transfer Center
DataPilot® Transfer Center is a software solution aimed at transferring contact information from one handset to another for customers of the wireless cell phone stores. The solution allows cellular stores to capitalize on the Wireless Local Number Portability Act by (WLNP) providing their customers with the possibility of transferring contact information from their old cell phone to the new one during the number portability process.
DataPilot® Transfer Center delivers to stores and mobile operators improved customer satisfaction, lower customer churn rates and the possibility to create revenue streams from charging end-users for such a service. The end-user is now able to avoid the hassle of typing all the contact information by hand, and to save or request a copy of the address book information in case he loses or breaks his cell phone.
The product is the result of streamlining the DataPilots'® Phone Book Manager for smooth auto detection of the models and easy-to-use functionality for quick transfer of contacts from one phone to the next. Its competitive advantage consists in the modular cable design that gives the flexibility of easily interchanging phone connectors without the need of plugging in/out USB connectors from PC when changing phones. This eliminates bottlenecks and saves precious time in the transfer process. The universal cable design covers the most popular handset manufacturers such as Motorola, Nokia, Samsung, LG, Sanyo and Sony Ericsson mobile phones.
Stores can also order additional cables for the rest of phones in the market that do not use any of the ten different cables enclosed in the package.
DataPilot Transfer Center is a commercial product subject to volume licensing agreement. For more information please go to DataPilot Transfer Center product description.
